Some last words from our friends in India to sum up the project

We went out for dinner last night before Jez and I headed off to the airport (pausing only to watch Advaita live at the Hard Rock Café). With us were some people from the YP Foundation and most of the crew from Music Basti.

Jez thought it would be a good idea to get a little bit of last minute feedback before we left the country just to get a sense of whether what we did was seen as useful or not.

Faith sums it up for us, I think: the best thing about this is that it's the start of something, rather than just a finite project. We're now going to create a website for the album of recordings made by the children, upload the music, create a visual package to accompany it, talk about it online, and share it around.

The research is about how people engage with that online. In other words - what we're interested in is what happens next

We had such a fantastic time with some of the most brilliant, warm and dedicated people, and this was such a great way to round of nine days in one of the most fascinating, contradictory and incredible cities on earth.
